Sand Key on Clearwater Beach Fl is adorned with highrises that boast lavish living and spectacular direct gulffront views on the gulfside and smaller townhomes on the east side with view open views of the intracoastal. You will often see people running, walking there dogs and riding their bikes along this stretch of paradise. 

Less than a mile wide, the Western side of Gulf Blvd has sandy white beaches and a row of high rise condominiums. The Eastern side of Sand Key fronts on the Intracoastal Waterway. Condo's, townhouses, and single family homes line the East side of Gulf Blvd. most with boat docking facilities.
The Sand Key area of Clearwater Beach lies just south of Clearwater Beach, across the bridge over Clearwater Pass. North of Belleair and Indian Rocks Beaches. 
There are not any roads other Gulf Boulevard which runs down the middle of Sand Key, a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida.

Although there is isn't much commercial activity on Sand Key all of it is focused on the North end of Sand Key. Two resort hotels and the Shoppes on Sand Key provide a variety of restaurants, shopping, banking, and resident and tourist services. 

Sand Key County Park and the Clearwater Sailing Center attract many visitors and locals. A US Coast Guard station is located on Sand Key. And tennis courts and children's gym toys are available at the city Bayside Park.

The Grande

The Grande consists of two buildings;  the Somerset to the south  and the Watermark to the north. They are located on Sand Key just south of Clearwater Beach.

The buildings are mirror images of each other. The Somerset building contains 117 units, while the Watermark contains 116.

There are numerous floor plans,including penthouses on the upper floors of each building. Both buildings have a concierge desk in the lobby, a parlor for meetings and parties, exercise, and meeting rooms. There are 2 pools, a hottub, and two tennis courts for the resident's use.

The property manager's office is located in the Somerset building on the main floor. A manned gatehouse provides access to the property from Gulf Blvd and their is a double secured gate to residence from the beach access.
